Human Resources Development Project of „Geonafta” will be financed from ESF funds

AB “Geonafta” signed a contract on financing and administration of the project with the Ministry of Social Security and Labour of the Republic of Lithuania and the Support Foundation European Social Fund Agency. The project will be financed according to Human Resources Development programme Ist priority “Qualitative Employment and Social Inclusion” measure “Human Resources Development in Enterprises” of the period 2007-2013 in Lithuania.

The aim of the project is to increase the ability of the employees of the company to adapt to new demands and requirements of the company and to the changes in the labour market through the development of the specific knowledge, abilities and qualifications of the employees.

It is planned to train 71 employees during the entire period of the project.

The amount of support allocated to the project is 677.538 LTL.
