Employees of “Geonafta” were learning and having fun

On 18-19 July administrative staff of AB “Geonafta” was invited to a team-work training event by Plateliai Lake. It is the second time that this kind of event has been arranged. The training was arranged by Klaipėda Business Consulting Company "Grand Partners".  

Each trainee had a possibility to reveal his/her intellectual abilities and to learn more about the members of the team. Business game “Vision” revealed the abilities of each player to strive for the common result and helped to understand one’s own abilities and strengths being in a position of a manager or a specialist. Emotions, activity and good moods were abundant during the event.

As the strength of the trainees was exhausted by the bright sun and intense work, they could regain it by having lunch that they prepared themselves on the fire – a stew made form potatoes, meat and delicious Lithuanian cracklings. After lunch everybody was involved in the activity “It can be your sister” that helped to clear out everybody’s consciousness, responsibility, social awareness, creativity and traits of situational leadership. The results of each activity were discussed and the accompanied with the trainers’ comments.
The evening was also very busy and interesting. Activities lasted till the morning: women volleyball players were waiting impatiently for the end of men volleyball match, intense football match was going on nearby, the discussions lasted till late night and the music involved everybody into a marathon of dances. It was nice to go swimming or rowing in a boat in Plateliai Lake on the next day. At the end of the event the participants visited Militarism Museum that is established in a former missile base in the neighbourhood.
